Handlooms , Handicrafts and Textiles minister Sarojini Hembrum inaugurated the Handloom Expo of Odisha at the Exhibition Ground. The exhibition is being organized by Boyonika.
The exhibition showcases traditional handloom products of different districts including Athagarh in Cuttack, Sambalpur, Boudh, Bargarh, Balangir and Sonepur. The major attraction of the exhibition. The exhibition includes wide range of handloom products including Bomkai, cotton, Bomkai Silk, Kotpad vegetable dye and Khandua sarees.
Minister Hembrum informed that six to seven handloom exhibitions would be held in the coming days. The exhibition will be concluded on August 20.
